Introduction/General
Pakistan’s main economy rests on the contributions of the plant kingdom in supplying the tools and materials for various needs, the crops, oils, fibers, fodder and last but not the least the herbs of economic importance. Inspite of the prime importance of the plant as food the need for the study of medicinal properties requires not apology. The author systematically described from the European approach to Hindu contribution and in the last, Muslim works to present Pakistan with special reference to Medicinal point of view.
